ToggleWHAT HAPPENED?
The new Nike United pack includes designs from three of the brand’s most iconic footwear franchises: Tiempo, Mercurial, and Phantom. The U.S. sports gear behemoth collaborated with six players from different countries and teams to create a unique football boot series.
Chelsea’s record signing and USWNT star Girma and Barcelona’s Patricia Guijarro are the ambassadors for the Tiempo line, known for its exceptional touch and versatility. Meanwhile, James and Barcelona’s Salma Paralluelo represent Mercurial, a boot built for speed and agility. The Phantom series, which prioritizes precision in passing and shooting, is showcased by Portland Thorns duo Sophia Wilson and Deyna Castellanos.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Beyond performance enhancements, the Nike United pack makes a bold fashion statement. The boots feature a purple and Volt colourway, symbolizing power and ambition, while also reflecting Nike’s history of pushing boundaries in football.
Another standout feature of the Nike United pack is its shattered glass pattern on the upper, symbolizing the breaking of barriers in women’s football. Each boot also carries the athletes’ names alongside the Nike United logo, while a custom sock liner pays tribute to all six players involved.
